Step 2:  Contact your physician.  Trimix penile injections are prescription products and CAN NOT be dispensed without approval from your physician.  If your physician is not aware of Trimix Therapy, that's ok - Give us a call and we can make contact with your physician and answer any questions that he or she may have. 

 

To help with the prescibing of Trimix Therapy you can download a prescription form here and give it to your physician for them to review.  They need to simply evaluate your need for Trimix Therapy, fill out the form, and fax it to Scott's Health Mart Pharmacy at 478-750-8575
